Terms of use

• This application may only be used for lawful Google Ads management by account owners, managers, or staff who are explicitly authorized.
• You may only use the system for Google Ads accounts that you own, manage, or have legal permission to access.
• You must not use this application for unauthorized access, fraud, spam, malware, policy evasion, credential abuse, or any unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for all actions performed through your session, including campaign, budget, report, account data, billing metadata, and access-permission operations.
• The application is provided only for lawful and authorized purposes. The operator does not authorize, support, or encourage illegal use.
• The operator disclaims responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law for misuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, account loss, financial loss, or other harm caused by users or by use outside lawful authorized purposes.
• The system may record session cookies, access time, IP address, browser information, access-key status, and operational logs to protect the service and investigate abuse.
• If unlawful activity, abuse, suspected fraud, or a valid request from competent authorities occurs, relevant IP, access time, browser, account/session identifiers, and logs may be preserved and provided to competent authorities.
